I am pleased to provide this reference for Sustainable Events Company (SEC) for their excellent management of our TC/ESG25 Conference, a multi-day corporate event with participants from over 50 countries. SEC was instrumental in ensuring the success of the conference, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail from planning through to execution.

Their team provided seamless logistical coordination, managed vendor and partner relationships effectively, and ensured smooth operations on-site. SEC's ability to engage local partners and artisans, while incorporating sustainable products, added value and supported our commitment to community engagement. Furthermore, their clear communication with all stakeholders - attendees, contractors, and partners - was a key factor in the event's smooth execution.

SEC's financial oversight was exemplary, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation throughout the process. Their commitment to high-quality event management and attention to both the big picture and the finer details allowed the event to run efficiently, creating a positive experience for all involved. Additionally, their alignment with our community's focus on sustainability and ESG principles was reflected in their event planning and execution, contributing to the broader goals of the conference.

I highly recommend SEC for any event, particularly those that emphasize sustainability, attention to detail, and strong community partnerships.
